Recent, unul dintre clienţii noştri s-a confruntat cu o problemă cu Analyst's Notebook 7 (ANB7), cînd a încercat să deschidă compartimentul „Import Specifications".

Mesajul erorii este următorul:
„An unexpected error occured in a component of your application.
The control does not handle transparent background colors".

Problema a fost cauzată de către instalarea Crystal Clear, o aplicaţie care schimbă interfaţa Windows-ului.

O opţiune particulară a aplicaţiei Crystal Clear face unele compartimente ale Windows-ului transparente.

Problema a fost rezolvată cînd noi am spus utilizatorului să utilizeze interfaţa standard a „Windows XP".
Mă gîndeam că doriţi să cunoaşteţi aceasta în cazul în care unul dintre clienţii Dumneavoastră va avea acelaşi masaj de eroare cu privire la culorile transparente ale fondului.
